Eduplay Ltd. is an international children’s enrichment franchise which provides play-based educational programmes throughout Ireland. We are currently recruiting for a part-time Sales Support in our Wexford office for the school calendar year. The ideal candidate that would be suitable for this role should work to satisfy customers’ needs and requests, respond to their queries in a timely manner and aspire to deliver a positive customer experience. You should have excellent communication and negotiation skills and be customer service oriented. No late nights, no weekend work required no school holidays.

Key Responsibilities
• Outbound Calls/Emails
• Sales Campaigns
• Admin Support for sales team and customers
• Handle customer and account manager inquiries by phone and email.
• Maintain excellent relationships with customers
• Perform varied administrative duties
• Reporting

Essential Criteria
• Experience dealing with customers on the telephone in a customer service or sales environment.
• Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proven ability to organise and prioritise work tasks
• Excellent written & verbal communication Skills
• Confident, friendly and professional telephone manner
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
